Degrees and Credentials: Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Music from Lake Forest College, a Master of Nonprofit Management from DePaul University, and a Master of Public Health Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Research Interests: Food insecurity, particularly in the campus setting. Nonprofit organizational behavior, especially organizational equity policies and organizational response to government policy. 

Dissertation Topic: Exploring policy solutions to food insecurity among college students, and the idea of deservingness of college students as recipients of food insecurity assistance.
