Justine Amekoe
About: Justine Amekoe, is a doctoral student in Public Policy at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Ohio University and a BA in Economics from University of Ghana. Before beginning her doctoral studies, she worked in data analysis and policy-related roles, including experience with the Ghana Ministry of Finance and the New England Center for Children. In her free time, she enjoys photography, watching movies, and reading the news. Her research interests focus on health Economics and policy evaluation, social inequality, and the use of quantitative and econometric methods to support evidence-based policy making.
