Jennifer L. Beightley

Jennifer Beightly’s research is centered on health policy with a focus on food insecurity. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Music from Lake Forest College, a Master of Nonprofit Management from DePaul University, and a Master of Public Health Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her future publications will address issues in health policy, with an anticipated dissertation exploring food insecurity among college students. Jennifer is expected to complete her PhD in 2029.
